Massage Therapy Inside a Full Wellness Clinic

Your massage therapist works in the same building as our physiotherapists, chiropractor, kinesiologists and acupuncturists.

If your sore neck or back would also benefit from physiotherapy or a guided exercise program, your therapist can talk to those colleagues directly and help you put the right plan together.

Meet Katherina (Kathy) Thomson, RMT

Kathy started her career as a care aide and moved into massage therapy after seeing how much it helped her own health. She has worked with clients of all ages and abilities.

Her sessions blend Swedish and therapeutic techniques, adjusted to what you want from the appointment, whether that is pain relief or a chance to slow down.

Away from the clinic she is usually out on her bike or paddleboard.

Meet Denis Martel, RMT

Denis has practised massage therapy since graduating from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2009. He has treated a wide range of orthopaedic conditions, concussions, pregnancy-related discomfort and chronic neck, back and pelvic pain.

His work is built on myofascial release, deep muscle release and craniosacral therapy, and he often gives clients simple stretches and activities to keep progress going between visits. He also teaches anatomy and physiology.

Meet Jacinda Nieman, Massage Clinician

Jacinda trained at the Western College of Massage Therapy in Saskatchewan and moved to Osoyoos to start her career with our clinic. Clients often mention how carefully she listens and checks in on pressure.

The outdoors is what drew her to the Okanagan, and she spends her free time kayaking, cycling and fishing.

How We Work With Clients

We Listen First

Your therapist asks about your goals, problem areas and preferred pressure before the massage begins.

Your Comfort Comes First

You stay covered except for the area being worked on, and you can ask for changes at any time.

Coordinated Care

Physiotherapy, chiropractic care and acupuncture are down the hall, so your providers can share notes and plan together.

Care at Every Age

Our therapists adapt pressure and techniques for age, health and comfort, including clients who are pregnant.
