Before Your First Visit
Do I need a referral?
No. You can book a massage directly. Some extended health plans ask for a doctor’s note before they reimburse RMT visits, so check your plan if you are not sure.
What should I bring?
Bring your extended health plan details so we can direct bill. If you are coming in for a car accident or a work injury, have your ICBC or WorkSafeBC claim number ready.
What should I wear?
Whatever is comfortable. You undress only to your comfort level and stay covered with a sheet during your massage.
Can I book online?
Yes. Online booking shows real-time availability for our Osoyoos clinic, and you can pick a time with Kathy, Denis or Jacinda directly.
